Whispers of deployment to St Croix over the weekend are wandering around in the winds for the above highlighted area. The funny part is how convenient it is to be deployed on a weekend just to have to wait for the storm to come closer so we can fly it. And if you consider the below spaghetti plots of where the storm is forecasted that it Might go, it's closer to Bermuda.
However, it's still a few days away and as we all know anything can happen and it's best to be prepared. That's why they consider sending us out ahead of time so we can get the data that tells them better what the storm is going to do.
